Your Role
* Lead software testing initiatives with 14+ years of experience
* Drive test automation using Selenium (Java/C#) and Playwright
* Implement scalable automation frameworks across enterprise systems
* Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab)
* Conduct API testing using Postman and service virtualization tools
* Collaborate with Agile teams on test strategy and acceptance criteria
* Ensure traceability across SDLC/STLC phases and Agile ceremonies
* Mentor QA engineers and promote testing best practices across squads
Your Profile
* Hands-on with Selenium, Azure DevOps/TFS, Postman, Playwright
* Proficient in Java, Python, JavaScript for automation scripting
* Strong understanding of Agile, SDLC/STLC, and QA methodologies
* Experienced in CI/CD tools and pipeline integration
* Proven ability to lead and mentor QA teams across projects
* Individual contributor with strong client-facing communication skills
* Trusted quality advocate with cross-functional collaboration experience.
