Personal Assistant for 6 year old boy

Hourly pay rate:
£12.21
I am looking for someone kind and caring to help support my active 6 year old son, who is autistic, he loves soft play, days out, swimming and going to the park.
Ideally, I need someone who drives and has their own car.
£12.21 an hour and expenses paid.
Duties include:
Eating and drinking assistance
Moving and handling
Bathroom assistance
Still uses nappies, so would need to be comfortable to change nappies.
Candidate qualities:

Able to both follow instructions and work on own initiative
Hygienic, tidy and well organised
Fit and healthy to undertake the required duties
Patient and possess excellent interpersonal skills
Honest and cheerful
Creative
Able to speak and read English to a reasonable standard
Must be comfortable with pets
Able to always work to high standards of health & safety
Outgoing, active and confident.
