Job Title: Senior Research Executive (Quant) – £30–37k – London / Hybrid We’re hiring a Senior Research Executive to join a growing and high-performing quant team at one of the UK’s leading independent research agencies. This is a brilliant opportunity for someone who’s confident running projects, eager to learn, and ready to push forward in a role with genuine development opportunities. You’ll be working across a mix of high-profile brands and sectors, supporting on a range of quant approaches from brand tracking and segmentation to integrated and ad-hoc work. There’s a strong team around you, a fun culture, and plenty of support but you’ll also be trusted to make an impact and work with autonomy. What You’ll Be Doing: • Designing and developing project materials including questionnaires and client-ready PowerPoint reports • Managing day-to-day logistics across quant projects, keeping everything on track • Working closely with clients and internal teams to deliver high-quality, bespoke insight • Interpreting data and telling clear, compelling stories based on evidence • Gaining exposure to a wide range of methodologies and business challenges • Contributing to a team culture that values collaboration, curiosity and high standards What We’re Looking For: • Previous experience in a quant research or insight role • Strong knowledge of the research process from brief through to debrief • Confidence designing surveys and interpreting data • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills • A proactive, enthusiastic mindset and a hunger to grow • Clear, confident communication skills — both written and verbal Why Apply: • £30,000–£37,000 depending on experience • Hybrid working with regular time in a bright, sociable London office • Clear path to RM and beyond, with structured support and mentoring • Opportunity to work across a diverse client base in a genuinely fast-moving and exciting environment • A supportive, collaborative culture where your voice and ideas are valued If you're ready to take the next step in your research career and want to be part of a team that’s ambitious, supportive and fun to be around we’d love to hear from you.
