Project Manager | Randstad UK
Randstad UK is seeking a Project Manager to lead the delivery of an exciting new initiative. You will manage two critical workstreams: Process & Design and Technical Build.
The Role
Manage the full project lifecycle from requirement gathering through to implementation and hypercare.
Oversee internal build teams and external suppliers to deliver integrated solutions.
Maintain project plans, dashboards, and risk registers to ensure transparency.
Chair workstream meetings and provide real-time status updates to the Transformation Director.
Candidate Requirements
Experience: Background in UX/UI, CRM, or digital design project management.
Methodology: Proficient in Agile and Waterfall.
Skills: Strong stakeholder management and the ability to motivate cross-functional teams.
Mindset: A resilient problem-solver who can prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
