Job Description

This role is to manage a small team and our InterpretersLive! service.


Responsibilities

* Develop a solid, trusting and professional relationship with our video clients and Interpreters.
* Provide technical and other support to Interpreters and clients.
* Organise resources to deliver our on‑demand service effectively and efficiently.
* Experience in reporting software and informative client MI reporting.
* Client and contract management.
* Respond in a timely manner to requests for support from various simultaneous communication channels.
* Review and report service utilisation to plan for resource requirements.
* Understand and meet the diverse needs of our clients and Interpreters.
* Oversee platform development relationships/roadmap.
* Implementation and set up of InterpretersLive! clients.


Qualifications

* Previous experience in an operational role.
* Willingness to be office based in Redditch.
* British Sign Language skills (Preferred/not mandatory).
* Understanding of the platform to provide customer and interpreter support.
* Excellent communication skills whilst maintaining professional boundaries.
* Able to multitask, prioritise and manage time/team efficiently.
* Team player.
* Strong problem solving capabilities.
* Experience of Power BI and Excel.
* Resilience in fast paced environment.
* Strong leadership and management skills.


Eligibility

Applicants must be UK residents and have permission to work in the UK. In addition, you are required to hold or undertake a DBS check for roles within Sign Solutions.


Salary & Benefits

Salary dependent on experience £30,000 - £35,000.
