About the Role
Join our vibrant team as a Lifeguard at Splash Waterworld, where your primary mission is to ensure our guests have a fantastic time while staying safe in the pool and on the flumes. Your attention to detail will be crucial, as guest safety is our top priority! In this dynamic role, you'll not only monitor the pool but also promote and organize engaging poolside activities, creating unforgettable experiences for our guests while keeping their safety at the forefront of everything you do. Typical working hours:
24 to 35 hours per week, including weekends. Shifts generally run from 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM, with occasional extensions until 9:00 PM. Flexibility and reliability are key, as we operate seven days a week. For those over 18 relocating for a full-time position, live-in accommodation may be available!
About You
We are on the lookout for enthusiastic individuals who can connect with a diverse range of guests. If you’re a strong swimmer with a keen eye for detail, you’ll thrive in this role as you monitor the pool during busy periods. A National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ) is essential for this position, and if you have previous lifeguard experience, we’d love to hear from you! You’ll be part of an amazing team, but there will be times when you’ll need to supervise areas independently, showcasing your leadership skills.
