Are you organised, proactive, and ready to play a key role in supporting aircraft maintenance operations? We’re looking for a Purchaser to help ensure our Part-145 maintenance activities run smoothly by sourcing, purchasing, and managing all materials required across our operations.
🔧 What You’ll Be Doing
In this role, you’ll be at the heart of our supply chain, responsible for keeping our maintenance teams equipped and our operations running efficiently. Your day-to-day will include:
1. Coordinating and processing internal requests for purchase orders
2. Issuing purchase orders to suppliers and tracking their fulfilment
3. Monitoring order status and chasing suppliers to meet operational deadlines
4. Working with Finance to ensure invoices are received and processed correctly
5. Arranging transport and expediting deliveries when needed
6. Handling queries, discrepancies, and any rejected materials
7. Building and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing suppliers
8. Keeping data accurate and up to date within our planning & inventory system (Avsight)
