Contracts Administrator We are working with a well-established & highly regarded company based in Crawley, who are looking to recruit a Contracts Administrator to join their growing team. This is a great opportunity for an experienced Administrator with strong attention to detail who enjoys working in a commercial, customer-focused environment & managing contracts end to end. The Role You will take responsibility for administering the company’s contract portfolio and sub-contracts, supporting both customers and internal stakeholders throughout the full contract lifecycle. Key Responsibilities Administering contracts from set-up through to renewal & completion Preparing & managing renewal quotations & following up with customers Accurate data entry & maintenance of contract information on internal systems Handling invoicing, payments & supporting financial processes related to contracts Managing & responding to customer queries relating to contracts & agreements Providing tender & procurement support, assisting the sales team where required Producing reports on contract performance for customers & internal teams Identifying & resolving contract-related issues, escalating where appropriate Candidate Requirements Previous experience in an administration or contracts-based role Strong data entry skills with excellent attention to detail Experience with invoicing, order processing or billing is highly desirable Expo...
