CSP Recruitment is currently hiring a Technical Administrator on behalf of our client in Beeston. This role is ideal for someone detail-oriented, organised, and keen to support a busy Technical team within a manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and handle customer complaints, including acknowledgement and resolution
Allocate and monitor complaint investigations and root cause analysis
Support investigations and prepare customer complaint forms/letters to a high standard
Conduct trend analysis on complaints and communicate findings to stakeholders
Prepare accurate KPI reports for business forums
Maintain and update the site document control system and Quality Management System (QMS)
Raise and manage purchase orders
Assist with surveillance testing of products and raw materials
Carry out data entry tasks and provide general support to the Technical team
Key Measures:
Timely and accurate complaint responses
Contribution to complaint reduction
Audit support and performance
Accuracy and timeliness of data
Strong attention to detail
Requirements:
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
Advanced Excel skills (charts, graphs, data analysis) – highly desirable
Level 3 Food Safety in Manufacturing (training can be provided)
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to influence and work with others effectively
Proactive, tenacious, and a strong team player
