The Successful Candidate Will Be Involved In The Following
* Managing a small staff team of AHPs, nurses, social workers, and support staff, including overseeing the operational input of psychology and medical staff.
* Supporting and developing team staff.
* Being part of a senior management team responsible for the ongoing development and direction of the rehab services.
* Ensuring the overall performance and quality of the services provided by the team.
* Contributing ideas and implementing plans to improve service quality.
* Working with key stakeholders to promote rehab services.
* Engaging in specialist areas and developing innovative projects to enhance service user care and experience.
