Overstone Park are looking to recruit a full time Health & Fitness Manager to join our team.
We are looking for someone with experience and passion to manage a team of 3 fitness consultants and co-ordinate a number of studio instructors.
You will need to have a track record in achieving high member satisfaction and be able to inspire and develop your team.
The role requires high standards and the necessary operational qualifications such as Level 3-4 leisure related qualification.
Experience of maintaining and operating a swimming pool is essential
The job role will include:
Maintaining high levels of customer care with a particular focus on retention
Prioritising target activities and user groups
Recruiting, training and supervising staff, including managing rotas
Ensuring all health and safety regulations are being adhered to
Designing and promoting activities to meet customer demand
Purchasing equipment and supplies
Maintaining cost effective and quality timetable for studio co-ordinators
Managing maintenance, insurance, repairs and cleaning
Managing all aspects of the swimming pool including the health and safety and organising external swimming classes
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £26,000.00-£27,000.00 per year
