Robert Half Technology are assisting a global market leading e-commerce organisation to recruit a React Developer on a 6 months contract basis. Hybrid working - London based
As a React Developer, you will build features that enable the platform to operate globally, supporting localisation, performance, and seamless integration with backend systems.
Role
1. The React Developer will be responsible for implementing multi-language UI and localisation frameworks
2. Supporting currency display and regional UX behaviour
3. Building features across Live and seller platform surfaces
4. Integrating with backend services via GraphQL
5. Contributing to consistency across web and mobile experiences
6. Build and own frontend features end-to-end
7. Ensure performance, usability, and responsiveness
8. Collaborate closely with backend and product teams
9. Contribute to improvements in frontend systems and patterns
Profile
10. Strong experience with React and modern web frameworks
11. Familiarity with Next.js, Vite, and GraphQL
12. Experience building user experiences tied to transactions, pricing, or eCommerce flows is strongly preferred
13. The React Developer will be able to work across multiple systems and evolving requirements Code-Writing Contribution Develops production-ready UI features with increasing complexity and ownership.
