Job Description
The key responsibilities of a Office Manager candidate will include, but may not be limited to;
* Oversee the daily operations of the office and ensure smooth workflow.
* Coordinate with different departments to ensure proper communication and reporting practices.
* Implement effective office policies and procedures.
* Manage administrative staff and delegate responsibilities effectively.
* Organise company records and documents.
* Coordinate office meetings and events.
* Handle office procurement and budget management.
* Ensure health and safety regulations are adhered to within the office.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Office Manager should have:
* Proven experience in an office management role within the industrial/manufacturing sector.
* Excellent organisational and leadership skills.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
* Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
* Ability to commute to Altrincham, Trafford.
