Tasks
* Promote transformative e-learning and personal growth programs
* Leverage digital platforms to expand your reach and your practice (training and systems provided).
* Interview and qualify potential clients to ensure alignment with our programs and readiness for success.
* Coach and mentor clients to achieve meanningful personal, professional, and business transformation.
Requirements
* Minimum 7+ years of professional coaching experience (business, executive, or leadership coaching strongly preferred).
* Proven success in onboarding and guiding clients through structured goal-setting, accountability, and transformational outcomes.
* Deep understanding of leadership development, and personal transformation methodologies.
* Professional coaching certification (ICF or equivalent) or substantial business/leadership coaching experience.
* Proven ability to deliver coaching virtually, using digital tools.
* Computer and access to internet
* Ability to work autonomously.
* Eligibility to work in the country of residence.
