About The Role
Regal Drive is a 4-bed supported living service in Kettering for adults with learning disabilities and mental health issues. We support individuals to live independently, develop skills, and pursue a life they love. Examples include supporting a train enthusiast, arts and crafts lovers, and a keen bowler, among others. Every day is an adventure in helping individuals create memories and fulfill dreams.
As a Support Worker, you will provide high-quality, enabling care, facing new challenges and rewards daily, helping us be the best in the field.
Key Responsibilities:
* Implement person-centered support plans, promote independence, manage risks, encourage relationships, and ensure legal and best practice compliance.
