Head of Sales - M&E Hard Services\n \n My client is one of the UK's leading providers of Mechanical & Electrical and Integrated Facilities Management & Maintenance services, specialists in the provision of tailored and bespoke industry solutions to a varied client base to include Corporate, Commercial, and Healthcare & Retail respectively.\n \n The Head of Sales will implement and deliver sales growth strategy and will develop and lead M&E hard services sales opportunities, both within the current client portfolio and the generation of new clients.\n \n The Head of Sales will be responsible for M&E hard services sales of c1M - c10M i.e. M&E building services maintenance solutions. The Head of Sales will also have an active involvement in the bid management, submissions process and wider sales function.\n \n Candidate Requirements\n \n * Hold qualifications/further training commensurate with the position\n * Due to the seniority of the position candidates will be in engaged in a similar position i.e.
Head of Sales and/or Business Development Director\n * M&E Hard Services experience from a sales and business development prospective is essential\n * Candidates that have held senior operations positions i.e. Operations Director within the M&E Building Services & Facilities Management sector prior to moving into a senior sales position and/or would like to return to a senior sales position would be of particular interest due to possessing an operations/commercial background.\n * Demonstrate a solid and proven background and 'track-record' in the development and winning of blue-chip, high specification M&E Hard Services contracts.\n\nSalary & Package Information\n \n * £65K - £70K plus company car\n * Bonus Scheme\n * Pension & Healthcare
