Our client, a reputable independent bodyshop in Hayes, is seeking an experienced Senior ATA Estimator / VDA to join their expanding team. This role offers an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional to work within a well-established collision repair centre, providing high-quality service in a professional environment. The Senior ATA Estimator / VDA position is suitable for someone with significant damage assessment experience, proficiency in estimating platforms, and ATA certification or working towards it.

Accurately assessing vehicle damage to produce precise repair estimates
Using Audatex and GT Motive to generate detailed valuations
Communicating effectively with customers, insurers, and repair teams
Ensuring estimates comply with company standards and audit requirements
Managing multiple assessments concurrently while maintaining quality
Upholding customer satisfaction and contributing positively to team performance
Maintaining detailed records of all assessments, estimates, and communicationsRequirements for the Senior ATA Estimator / VDA:
Demonstrable experience as an Estimator or Vehicle Damage Assessor in a collision repair environment
ATA qualification or working towards ATA certification (Senior level preferred)
Proficiency with Audatex and GT Motive estimating platforms
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work effectively within a team and independently
