As Operations Manager, you'll play a pivotal role across the business, including:
Providing high-level operational and administrative support to the Leadership Team
Managing complex diaries and coordinating internal and external schedules
Overseeing day-to-day operational administration and IT systems
Preparing professional presentations, reports and documentation
Acting as a central link between customer service, warehouse and distribution
Maintaining strong client relationships and delivering excellent service
Supporting warehouse operations during peak demand
Driving the company van when required to assist with logistics
Identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency
Liaising with consultants and third-party providersWhat we're looking for:
To be successful as Operations Manager, you'll need:
Experience supporting CEO & Chariman (EA-level or similar operational support background)
Strong organisational and diary management skills
High IT literacy and confidence producing presentations and reports
Excellent customer service skills
A mature, professional presence with the confidence to operate at leadership level
A proactive, hands-on attitude and willingness to support across all areas
