Job Title: LLOP Picker
Location: Wellingborough
Pay Rate: £12.69/ +£2.46 Shift allowance on hours worked between 6pm and 6am.
Hours: 6am-2pm/2pm-10pm
About the Role
We are looking for reliable and hardworking LLOP Pickers to join a busy distribution centre in Wellingborough. Youll be responsible for picking a variety of food and household items within ambient and chilled environments, ensuring accuracy and efficiency to keep everything running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
* Operate LLOP (Low-Level Order Picker) trucks safely and effectively
* Pick stock accurately from order sheets using voice-pick or handheld devices
* Work across ambient and chilled areas (temperature-controlled environments)
* Move stock safely and efficiently around the warehouse
* Maintain high standards of health & safety and housekeeping at all times
* Support the warehouse team to meet daily and weekly targets
What Were Looking For
1. Previous warehouse or picking experience (preferred but not essential)
2. Experience using LLOP trucks (training can be provided)
3. Ability to work in chilled environments
