Parts Sales Advisor – Sheffield – Permanent Role – 1 Year Experience Required in Commercial Vehicle Parts
Salary: £25,500 - £26,000 per annum Dependent on Experience (Plus any overtime paid at time & a half)
Shift: Monday to Friday, Week 1: 06:00–14:30, Week 2: 09:30–18:00, plus 1 in every 3 Saturdays – paid at time & a half
Silver Arrow require a Parts Sales Advisor for our client based in the Sheffield area - This is a permanent position.
Your Role:
* To process any parts related inquiries, give the correct identification and information required.
* To promote parts in compliance with customer up selling guidelines
* To assist and develop parts sales with the objective of meeting Branch Parts Targets
* To provide 24-hour call-out as per rota.
* To assist and maintain stock room duties.
* To deputise in all areas of the parts department, as directed by the Branch Manager
* Attend any training course as deemed necessary by the parts supervisor
* To ensure compliance and achievement of CSI and UTP targets
* Ensure workstation and parts dept complies with 5S programme
* To liaise with customers and assist with any queries, keeping up with progress
* To maintain the Parts Department standards, adhere and uphold all ISO9002 requirements
* To provide information, maintain records and carry out all duties in an accurate, efficient and timely manner.
* To undertake such other tasks as may reasonably be required.
* To enhance the image and reputation of the company whilst supporting its commercial interests.
* To comply with good health and safety practice, all statutory requirements, company policies and standard procedures.
What we need from you:
* 1 year experience with Commercial motor vehicle parts
* Proactive approach in maintaining customer standards
* Good telephone manner
* Attention to detail
* Problem-solving skills
* Good analytic, organisational and administration skills
