Working Hours: 32.5 hours per week, term time only & INSET days
Salary: £18,000 - £19,000 per annum (actual)
Long-Term Teachers are proud to be recruiting on behalf of a welcoming and inclusive specialist SEND school in Somerset. This exceptional setting supports students aged 11 - 19 with a range of learning needs and is looking for a SEN Teaching Assistant to join its dedicated team from September 2025.

About The Role:
As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you’ll play a vital part in helping young people access education that is tailored to their individual needs. You’ll support students both in and out of the classroom, working closely with teachers and therapists to create an inclusive and positive learning experience.

You’ll need:
* Experience working with children or young people in the UK is essential
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills

* Good literacy, numeracy and ICT abilities
* A genuine passion for working with young people with additional needs
