We are seeking a dynamic Assistant Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist the General Manager in overseeing daily operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the General Manager and Deputy Manager in supervising, motivating and training team members
- Communicate effectively with team members and customers
- Manage sales activities and meet sales targets
- Provide leadership and support to achieve operational excellence
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly
- Support in organizing store promotions and events
Experience:
- Proven experience in team management and supervising roles
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Strong leadership abilities to inspire and guide the team
- Sales management experience with the ability to sell products effectively
- Organizational skills to manage tasks efficiently

PLEASE NOTE:
We are looking for someone with flexible availability, must be able to work weekends.
Must also be available to work Bank Holidays, and other key dates throughout the year.
We do not open on evenings, so no late nights.
In addition to your pay, you will also receive a share of the service charge received each month.
You may, from time to time, be asked to help at our other restaurant locations.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Up to £13.00 per hour
