We are working with a rapidly growing SEMH/SEN Trust with multiple specialist provisions across Manchester, seeking a Learning Support Mentor / Behaviour Mentor to join their team.

The Role
*
Supporting pupils with SEMH, trauma, and behavioural needs
*
Acting as a key mentor, building strong, consistent relationships
*
Managing and de-escalating challenging behaviour
*
Delivering 1:1 and small group interventions
*
Supporting pupils’ emotional regulation and engagement in learning
*
Recording incidents and safeguarding concerns using systems such as CPOMS
The Ideal Candidate
*
Experience working within SEMH, SEN, or alternative provision settings
*
Strong behaviour management and de-escalation skills
