We are seeking a positive, approachable Business Administration Apprentice to join the team and work towards your apprenticeship whilst supporting the administration team with the following duties.
Responsibilities
* Maintaining office systems, including data management and filing
* Answering phone calls
* Providing general office support to teachers and business managers
* Organising meetings
* Greeting visitors and parents
* Using school online systems
* Operating office equipment
* Undertaking training required to develop this role
* Contributing to the safety and wellbeing of our children and young adults

Training to be Provided
Your full role and responsibilities will be set out by your employer. They will provide you with all of the on‑the‑job training you need to up‑skill in your role, and your 20% off‑the‑job learning will be incorporated as part of your working day.
You will be working towards the Business Administrator Level 3 apprenticeship standard, which includes:
* Knowledge, Skills and Behaviours
* Business Administrator L3 Apprenticeship Standard
* Functional skills in Maths and English if required
Apprenticeship Duration: This will be delivered by your dedicated training provider, Realise.
