Leigh Academy Hugh Christie is seeking an Inclusion Manager to join our committed team. This pivotal role offers the opportunity to make a real difference to the lives of young people by supporting them to reflect, reset and thrive in a culture of high expectations.
Responsibilities
* Be calm, resilient and able to build positive relationships with students
* Supervise our internal exclusion room and uphold routines for focused, disruption-free learning
* Provide students with guidance and strategies to improve behaviour and self-regulation
* Work closely with families, pastoral leads and the senior team to promote inclusion over exclusion
* Support wider academy behaviour systems through patrol, detentions, and behaviour tracking

This is a permanent role, working 37.5 hours per week (Monday - Friday), Term Time plus 1 week of inset. Salary ranges from £21,912 - £23,416 per annum (£25,136 - £26,861 full-time equivalent) based on experience.
