In addition to overseeing trips, the postholder will support the wider finance function by contributing to the accurate processing, monitoring, and reconciliation of financial transactions across the school. This is an excellent opportunity to play a key role in both the operational and financial aspects of the school, working as part of a supportive and professional Finance Team that is integral to the school's day-to-day running and long-term planning. The successful candidate will be self-motivated, highly organised, and committed to maintaining excellent standards of financial and administrative practice within an educational environment.
* Coordinate the planning, administration, and financial management of all school trips (UK and overseas).
* Ensure trips comply with school policies, health and safety standards, and budget requirements.
* Liaise with staff, parents, and external providers to organise transport, accommodation, and permissions.
* Manage trip payments and maintain accurate financial records.
* Support the wider Finance Team with processing invoices, reconciling accounts, and general financial administration.
