Apply Save This friendly, semi - rural surgery serves approximately 10,000 patients and is seeking a new GP to join their team.
The surgery is housed in modern, purpose-built facilities, offering a comfortable working environment with plenty of support from a dedicated team of clinical and administrative staff.
Why is This Vacancy Available?
The role exists to replace a long-standing GP who is due to retire.
1. Practice Team 7 GPs, 6 Practice Nurses, 1 HCA
2. Admin Support: Approx. 12 admin staff
3. Patient Demographic: A mix of chronic conditions from the older generation and growing families from the area's ongoing regeneration
4. What We Offer: Low Home Visits: Visits are rare, typically 1-2 per week.
5. 12-15 patient contacts per session. EMIS web.
6. Training & Development: 1 week of study leave per year and ongoing CPD support.
7. Assessment Process: 2-stage informal and formal interview process with the Managing Partner and GP Partners.
What We're Looking For:
8. Experience: Newly qualified GPs are welcome to apply.
9. Skills: Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach to patient care.
10. Availability: Available for 4-8 sessions per week.
