Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage a team of 5–6 office-based moving sales professionals.
* Oversee inbound sales operations, ensuring timely and effective follow-up on all household goods moving enquiries.
* Motivate and develop the team through targeted training, coaching, and one-to-one support.
* Ensure accuracy and compliance in surveying and quoting, maintaining high company standards.
* Monitor and report on sales KPIs, including lead conversion rates, to senior leadership.
* Manage workflow and enquiry handling to maximise sales opportunities.
* Collaborate closely with marketing to enhance lead generation and optimise the sales funnel.
* Participate directly in the sales process, including quoting and closing high-value moves.
