Duties

* Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding health conditions and treatment plans.
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
* Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in accordance with legal and ethical standards.
* Uphold infection control protocols and adhere to health and safety regulations.
Experience
* A valid nursing qualification with registration from the relevant nursing authority.
* Proven experience in a clinical setting is preferred but not mandatory for newly qualified nurses.
* Strong knowledge of anatomy and physiology to provide effective patient care.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build rapport with patients.
