We’re working with a leading FM provider to appoint an Account Director to take ownership of a high-profile, multi-service contract. Our customer is a global outsourcing provider, working across technology, professional services, manufacturing and banking sectors.
This is a senior leadership role with full accountability for performance, operations, commercial compliance and client relationships.
The Role
You’ll lead the delivery of a complex FM contract, managing a large, multi-disciplinary team while acting as the senior point of contact for the client.
This is a role with real visibility and influence, you’ll be responsible for shaping delivery, driving performance, and identifying opportunities for growth.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Owning P&L and overall contract performance
* Leading and developing a high-performing FM team
* Building strong, strategic client relationships
* Ensuring delivery against KPIs, SLAs, and contractual obligations
* Driving continuous improvement and value-add initiatives
* Managing supply chain partners and service delivery standards
* Supporting contract retention and growth opportunities
What They’re Looking For
* Experience operating at Account Director level (or a strong step-up) within FM
* Background in integrated / total FM (TFM) environments
* Proven track record managing large, complex contracts
* Strong commercial awareness and P&L ownership
* Confident, credible client-facing leader
* Experience leading large, multi-service teams
