Job Title: Trainee Administrator (Temporary to permanent )
Location: Birmingham
Pay: £12.50 - £13.50
Hours: 8:00am - 4:30pm
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Administrator to join our Birmingham team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with excellent communication skills and attention to detail who enjoys working in a busy and varied environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Answer incoming calls and transfer them to the relevant person or department.
Greet and assist guests at reception, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment.
Manage incoming and outgoing post.
Monitor and respond to the email inbox, directing queries appropriately.
Support Project Managers by assisting with the management and completion of ongoing projects.
Handle new enquiries promptly and professionally.
Type quotes and raise survey requests and work orders.
Liaise with Project Managers and other team members to ensure smooth workflow and communication.Skills & Experience:
Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Previous administrative of a year as this is an entry level position What We Offer:
