Are you ready to join the Fearless?
Your daily role will involve leading a team of technicians and taking responsibility for:
* Deputising for the IT Workshop Manager.
* Serving as an escalation point for IT Workshop technicians, stakeholders, and the wider business.
* Overseeing stock control and reordering.
* Coaching and mentoring your team.
* Developing IT Workshop procedures, updating old ones, and creating new ones where appropriate.
* Providing feedback via performance reviews and appraisals.
* Holding team meetings, one-to-ones, and return-to-work interviews.
* Ensuring team targets are met.
* Collaborating with project managers to ensure timely project and rollout delivery.
* Configuring and delivering new store kits on time.
* Maintaining workshops with required kit stock.
Requirements
* Experienced and confident leader.
* Knowledge of policies, procedures, and enforcement.
* Ability to manage self and others under pressure.
* Decision-making and delegation skills.
* Strong time management and organizational skills.
* Understanding of stock control and asset management.
* Basic understanding of IT security and data protection.
* Excellent communication skills across all levels.
