Responsibilities:
* Handling inbound customer calls, including re-orders and general enquiries
* Quoting and pricing jobs accurately and efficiently
* Processing orders and managing them through our internal systems
* Making warm outbound calls to existing customers and following up on new enquiries
* Supporting the creation and submission of tenders
* Maintaining and updating spreadsheets and commercial data
* Providing vital sales and commercial admin support to the wider team
* Ensuring our office records and files are accurate and well-organised
Requirements:
* Strong communication and customer service skills
* A confident phone manner and a proactive approach
* Strong administrative skills, with previous experience in a similar role
* Great attention to detail and experience with spreadsheets (Excel skills are a bonus!)
* Someone who enjoys a varied role and thrives in a team environment
Monday to Friday full time hours and fully office based.
Salary from £26,000.
Based in Kidderminster.
