Job Summary
PCN Clinical Pharmacist – a pivotal role within the Primary Care Network, delivering excellent service, improving quality of care and operational efficiencies. The role will involve working within the PCN and our practices, supporting general practice staff with prescription and medication‑related queries, managing the repeat prescription process, handling acute requests, carrying out medicines reconciliation after care transitions and promoting safer prescribing. Qualified candidates must hold an MPharm and be registered with the GPhC, and will complete the 18‑month CPPE pathway upon appointment.

Person Specification
Experience
Desirable: Minimum 2‑years post‑registration experience in Primary Care Pharmacy or any other sector of Pharmacy.
Qualifications
Essential
* MPharm
* Mandatory GPhC registration
* Independent Prescribing Qualification (or currently working towards)
Desirable
* Post‑graduate clinical pharmacy qualification (e.g. clinical diploma, MSc, other post‑graduate clinical modules) or equivalent experience
