Adult’s Social Worker, Herefordshire Pay rate – to £28 per hour Herefordshire Community Wellbeing Directorate is a welcoming and supportive place to work. We are seeking enthusiastic, self-motivated, professionally confident Social Workers who enjoy fast paced work and who have experience of working with adults with physical disabilities, learning disabilities, mental health needs and older adults. This role has the benefit of having a wide variety of adult social work, including Care Act Assessments and support planning, using a Strength Based approach, CHC and s117 work, Section 42 Enquiries, Mental Capacity Assessments and Community DoLS. As well as having regular supervision, you will also have opportunities for your own professional growth and development, including potential for exploring specialist practice.
