Sales Specialist Do you help to build a lasting customer relationship through excellent service and suitable processing of orders, quotations and claims? Do you work in a small and informal team, within an international environment? Then we are looking for you! Responsibilities: conducting sales activity of TME products (electronics market) on the English market; processing customers transactions such as orders, quotes and claims; providing the highest level of customer service (including phone calls); maintaining and building long-term relationships with customers; filling requests for samples, catalogues or information about products; analysing the markets' needs and requirements; meeting personal and team sales targets; generating new and repeatable business through customer service initiatives; administration and other office work. Requairements: MSC/BSC or secondary education (preferred technical education, profile: electronics, electrotechnics, automatics or related); sales experience (preferred); fluent English; proficiency in using computer and office software; great communication skills; customer orientation; strong ability to provide the highest level of customer service; responsibility and self-discipline; experience in administration/secretary task.
