Are you an experienced and organised Administration professional?
What will I be doing?
1. Promote a safety conscious attitude towards work/
2. Ensure timely and effective reporting of incidents and events, ensuring that effective protocols are put in place.
3. To provide advice, guidance and support to ensure the day to day activities of the business are conducted with consistent methods, processes and satisfactory instruction.
4. Implement standardise systems of work to ensure efficient administration activities.
5. Support of the SPOPs (procurement / order processing) system, to include the management of ordering, payment and invoicing processes for goods and services.
6. Support of invoice query resolution.
In this business support role, you will be producing letters, minutes and reports for the senior management team and assist in organising internal events and meetings.
What are the requirements?
You’ll have plenty of administrative experience, gained in a variety of settings, backed up with a qualification in Business Administration along with a general good standard of education.
This will mean you have:
7. strong administration skills, including writing coherent reports,
8. IT proficiency, including MS Office suite, and good numeracy, able to handle figures
