Job title: Field Care Supervisor - Complex Care
Pay: £25,000.00 - £30,000.00 per year

Responsibilities
* Lead by example to provide quality service that is safe with respect to health and safety and safeguarding the people who use our services.
* Support the delivery of the highest quality care by carrying out a range of field-based functions, including assessment and review of individual services, and the practical supervision, instruction and support of care workers.
* Report to the Registered Manager on a weekly basis and participate in quality review processes.
* Lead the designated team of staff, providing direct support and supervision in accordance with Domiciliary Care Experts policies and procedures.
* Liaise with professionals and provide support to service users in multidisciplinary meetings.
* Collaborate with the learning disability and positive behaviour support teams to ensure the best interests of the person being supported.
* Respond proactively and timely to varied challenges faced by the people we support.
* Ensure all individual documentation is completed in line with quality assurance policies and procedures.
* Build relationships with service users and professionals.
* Promote an open and positive team culture; ensure regular team meetings and staff training.
* Ensure CQC compliance is met and oversee day-to-day operations of the complex care provision.
* Report writing, preparation and implementation of assessments, care plans and risk assessments; review in accordance with quality assurance standards.
* Investigate incident forms and ensure actions support the service user in line with safeguarding policies and procedures.
* Report safeguarding concerns to the local authority and the Care Quality Commission.
Qualifications
* Vocational qualification Level 3 Health and Social Care
* Supervisory or management qualification
* Knowledge and experience of working with children and adults, neurodivergence, people living with learning disability, acquired brain injury and spinal injury
* Clean full UK Driving Licence
