Make a difference every day.As a Chef De Partie at Sodexo in Nuffield Parkside Hospital, you'll play a vital role in preparing high-quality meals that support patient wellbeing and enhance the overall dining experience. You'll be responsible for managing your own section of the kitchen, ensuring every dish meets our high standards. Complete temperature checks, audits, and quality documentation, reporting any issues promptly. Prepare and serve meals to company standards, including special diets and portion control. Support food production and meal services for patients, staff, and visitors across the hospital. Maintain high hygiene, health & safety, and cleanliness standards in all catering areas. Assist with menus, rotas, deliveries, stocktaking, staff training, and supervision when required. Support kitchen operations by covering absences, washing equipment, and helping across catering areas.
