Opportunity for a free thinking, Senior Brand Manager to help develop this socially responsible card and giftware client. Working in a dedicated team of marketeers you will be a free thinker, challenge the norm and not afraid to take risks.
This role would suit someone who has experience of building emerging brands in the digital age focusing on organic social media. You will need a strong consumer background and have experience operating at a Senior brand manager level. The role reports directly into the Marketing board director and alongside their Head of CRM and Head of Performance marketing so this is a perfect role for someone looking to take their career up a level.
You’ll be a strategic, commercially‑minded brand marketer who knows how to build and execute sharp brand strategy across the 4Ps, lead bold creative campaigns, and drive impact through smart partnerships and precise execution. You’ll work cross‑functionally with Product, Gifting, Tech, Creator and Ops teams to embed our challenger positioning into everything we do - from product to pricing, promotion to storytelling. And you’ll make sure that brand is built by many hands, not just by Marketing.
The role will have 2 direct line reports and you must be able to demonstrate leadership experience and be focused on developing and evolving the brand positioning to disrupt market norms and deliver increased brand awareness and commercial growth. You will be leading agency relationships and embedding the disruptive challenger mindset throughout the company and external brand communications. The role will be responsible for overseeing the integrated comms calendar and combining the expertise across the company to ensure consistency and impact. You will be comfortable building brand partnership programmes and leading new product launches and collaborations.
The ideal candidate will be able to show a proven track record of building distinctive brands through effective campaigns and partnerships with a strong understanding of brand media, media effectiveness and long‑range planning. A natural communicator and creative thinker you will be commercially astute with a curious mind.
