Female Supported Living Manager in our services ensures high-quality, person-centred care tailored to each individual's needs and lifestyle. You will help maintain a high standard environment for those we support and work from care plans, providing assistance with daily living tasks such as personal care, meal preparation, housekeeping, emotional support, social interaction, and community activities.

As a Supported Living Manager, you will oversee the daily management of a supported living service based in Redcar, supported by the Registered Area Manager to ensure high-quality, holistic, person-centred care. Your responsibilities include:
1. Leading, managing, and developing a small team of support staff.
2. Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations, standards, and best practices.
3. Overseeing care plans and risk assessments to meet residents’ individual needs.
4. Building strong relationships with residents, families, and stakeholders.
5. Managing budgets and resources efficiently.
6. Promoting a positive, inclusive environment respecting diversity and individual choices.
Key duties also involve leadership and management, quality assurance, developing person-centred care plans, fostering effective communication, safeguarding residents, and financial management.
Requirements include experience with people with learning disabilities, willingness to work towards a Health & Social Care qualification, experience managing a budget, and a strong desire to improve lives. Desirable skills include previous supported living experience, knowledge of CQC standards, and staff training experience.
