Job Description
PFI Project Manager - Chelmsford - £50 - £55k
Based at a PFI hospital site in Chelmsford, you will manager multiple Mechanical, Electrical and building fabric projects across the hospital. Typical projects include water tank, booster and cold water upgrades, calorifier upgrades, fire door replacements, LED upgrades, flooring and redecorating.
You will know CDM, the RIBA stages of work, understand compliance, H&S, have an understanding of HTM's and know how to run a project.
Approximately £6m of spend this year and the same for the next 5 years.
