Salary: £32,000 – £34,000 depending on experience, plus commission for account growth

Account Management sits at the heart of Purple Goat. As an Account Manager, you’ll own the day-to-day management and client relationships for inclusive, high-impact influencer marketing campaigns and insight-driven projects. Acting as a trusted client partner, you’ll collaborate closely with internal teams across Strategy, Campaigns, Insights, Business Development, and Operations to ensure campaigns are delivered on time, on budget, and to an exceptional standard.
This role is ideal for someone with solid agency experience who is confident in managing clients independently, contributing strategic thinking, and continuing to develop their leadership skills within a purpose-driven, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Execution & Oversight:
* Own day-to-day project management and client relationships for influencer marketing campaigns and insights projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and deliverables are met.
* Act as the primary point of contact between clients and internal campaign teams throughout the campaign lifecycle.
* Ensure campaign activity is aligned with agreed objectives, audience needs, and brand values.
Client Communications:
* Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with client stakeholders through consistent, high-quality communication.
* Lead regular client communications via email, video calls, and meetings, providing clear updates, performance insights, and recommendations.
* Confidently support and lead client meetings, bringing structure and clarity.
Strategic Input & Briefing:
* Work closely with Strategy and Insights teams to understand client goals and translate them into clear campaign briefs.
* Contribute ideas and strategic insights, and recommendations to help optimise performance.
* Identify opportunities for account growth and added value across influencer and insights projects.
* Stay up to date with influencer marketing trends, with a particular focus on inclusive, niche, and purpose-driven communities.
Internal Collaboration & Leadership
* Report into the Senior Account Manager and Campaign Director as part of the delivery team.
* Collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment, prioritisation, and smooth delivery across departments.
* Contribute to improving processes that streamline workflows and enhance campaign outcomes.
* Act as a front-facing representative of Purple Goat, championing the agency’s inclusive culture, values, and mission in all client interactions.
Required experience to apply:
* Minimum 3+ years’ experience managing client-facing accounts within influencer marketing, media, or social.
* Strong understanding of influencer marketing across organic and paid campaigns, platforms, and audience engagement strategies.
* Confident presenting updates, insights, and recommendations to both clients and internal teams.
* Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns, deadlines, and priorities in a fast-paced agency environment.
* Calm, proactive problem-solver who remains solutions-focused under pressure.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Experience coordinating work across teams and supporting shared delivery across changing timelines.
