This role will suit someone with proven, directly relevant new homes sales experience who is confident managing the full sales process independently.
The Role
Site-based Sales Adviser, working independently on a live development
5 days per week, including weekends (with 2 days off during the week)
Working hours: 10:00am – 5:00pm
Managing the entire customer journey from enquiry through to legal completion
Conducting high-quality viewings and presenting the development to a premium standard
Handling reservations, paperwork, and sales progression
Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of pricing, incentives, and availability
Supporting launches and driving sales performance on site

Basic salary up to £32,000 PA

What We’re Looking For
Minimum 2+ years’ direct experience in new homes sales (essential)
Proven track record of hitting and exceeding sales targets
Confident working autonomously and running a site independently
Strong understanding of the full new homes sales process
Excellent communication and customer-facing skills
Highly organised, proactive, and commercially aware
IT literate and confident using CRM/sales systems
Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
