* Skillfully manage complex work with the most vulnerable children in our community and in our care, whilst mentoring and supporting less experienced colleagues.
* Work with a range of service providers through proactive, multi-agency collaboration, facilitating the provision of a needs-led service and creating positive outcomes.
* Ensure all services are child focused, using a range of therapeutic skills and interventions to help children reach their potential.
* Assist with the commitment to reduce fieldwork caseloads to an average of 14, providing more time for individual cases and a higher level of service.
* Educated to degree level and Social Work England registered.
* Demonstrable experience in the field, with a commitment to maintaining and expanding social work knowledge and skills. Ideally holds PEPS 1; if not then supervisory experience is required.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, able to work effectively in partnership with other agencies and teams. Excellent timekeeping and keen eye for detail.

The salary range for this role is £41,711 to £46,142 per annum.
