Equal Education Partners is looking for committed and compassionate ALN (Additional Learning Needs) Teaching Assistants to support pupils across a range of primary and secondary schools in South West Wales.

What You'll Be Doing:
* Supporting pupils with a range of additional needs (ALN), including learning difficulties, ASD, ADHD, and SEMH
* Providing one-to-one or small group support, tailored to individual needs
* Assisting the classroom teacher in managing behaviour and promoting a positive learning environment
* Encouraging independence, confidence, and progress in every learner
* Working collaboratively with teaching staff, ALNCOs, and external professionals
* Upholding the highest standards of safeguarding and pupil wellbeing
Requirements
What You'll Need:
* Experience supporting children or young people with additional learning needs
* A calm, caring and flexible approach
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
* Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness for us to process one)
* Right to work in the UK and currently based here
