Shifts: Tuesday & Thursday afternoons (3pm–6pm) + 1 weekend day (10am–2pm)
Contract Type: Part-time (10 hours/week) + extra hours during school holidays

We’re looking for a Male Support Worker to support a 9-year-old boy with autism, epilepsy, and challenging behaviour in his family home in the Wavertree area of Liverpool. If you're energetic, caring, and want to help a young child live life to the fullest—we want to hear from you!
Meet the Client
A bright, active 9-year-old boy who loves swimming and thrives on routine. He requires structured support in his home and the community—including trips to the pool and other activities to support his development.
Your Working Hours
* Tuesdays & Thursdays: 3pm – 6pm
* Saturday or Sunday: 10am – 2pm
* 10 hours per week, with extra hours available during school holidays
* Additional hours available on other children’s care packages in the Liverpool area
All shifts are double-staffed – you’ll always be working alongside another support worker.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Supporting the client after school and on weekends in his family home and local community
* Helping with routine activities, managing behaviours, and attending swimming sessions
* Building a strong and positive relationship through consistency and care
* Driving the client’s vehicle to community activities (full UK licence required)
What We’re Looking For
* Male applicants only (due to genuine occupational requirements)
* Full UK driving licence (must be comfortable driving client’s vehicle)
* Experience or interest in working with children with autism and/or challenging behaviour
* A kind, calm, and caring personality
* Reliable, flexible, and confident communicator
