Job Summary: NHS Forth Valley is committed to providing you with the very best experience in your early career. We require an enthusiastic, hard‑working, motivated, HCPC registered Band 5 Occupational Therapist who is passionate about delivering high quality patient care.
This is a rotational post with rotations in various locations across Forth Valley, including rehab specialities, medical, surgical, orthopaedics and community teams. You will have the opportunity to provide a comprehensive range of assessment, treatment/appropriate management, onward referral and liaison with a range of other agencies.
The post is for 37 hours per week, with services provided over 7 days. Ability and willingness to travel throughout the area of service delivery is essential.
Responsibilities
* Provide assessment, treatment and appropriate management of patients.
* Make onward referrals and liaise with a range of other agencies.
* Deliver care across rehab specialities, medical, surgical, orthopaedics and community teams.
* Maintain accurate professional nursing records.
Qualifications and Requirements
* HCPC registered Band 5 Occupational Therapist.
* Member of the Protecting Vulnerable Groups (PVG) Scheme.
* Willingness and ability to travel throughout the service delivery area.
* Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Working Hours
37 hours per week, across 7 days.
