What the Job Involves The Social Worker Level 2 is responsible for providing statutory professional social work as part of a team that supports adults with care and support needs. You will manage a varied and complex caseload, carrying out assessments and care planning, implementing and reviewing packages of care and support. Your role includes providing advice, support, and mentoring to other Adult Care practitioners, collaborating across the health and care sector, and undertaking duties such as safeguarding, deputizing for the Lead Practitioner, and supervising non-registered practitioners and social work students. The position may require travel outside the county.
