Promotion and Sourcing Service Lead at Department for Transport (DfT), United Kingdom

Salary: £54,857 - A Civil Service Pension with an employer contribution of 28.97%.

Contract Type: Permanent - Flexible working, Full-time, Job share, Part-time.

The successful candidate will support the HR and Estates Director, Head of HR & Head of People Analytics and Strategic Workforce Planning in identifying HR issues to support business objectives.

The role involves working closely with stakeholders to drive HR data analytics and governance, ensuring data integrity and utility to inform decisions and enhance performance. The candidate will ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and monitor HR risk and assurance activities.

Key Responsibilities include:

* Lead development and implementation of HR data analytics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
* Provide strategic narratives connecting strategy and information, articulating key messages clearly.

About you

You possess in-depth HR knowledge, experience in data insights, research, and evidence to support strategic goals, and excellent communication skills to present complex data clearly. You are experienced in supporting and developing teams, setting expectations, and empowering results. Willingness to pursue CIPD level 5 is preferred.
